Returns
Due to the nature of food, spices, and agricultural products, returns are generally not accepted once the products have been sold or delivered. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and product quality for all customers.
However, returns may be considered only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged during delivery
- The product received is incorrect or does not match your confirmed order
- The product packaging is found to be tampered with at the time of delivery
Any such issues must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with clear supporting proof such as photos or videos.
Refunds
Refunds are applicable only for approved cases after verification by our team.
Once the issue is confirmed, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or any mutually agreed payment option.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund process to be completed.
Replacement / Exchange
Where applicable, Velmora Global may offer a product replacement or exchange instead of a refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.
Order Cancellation
Orders once confirmed, packed, or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
